The MerryWalker™ Dog Harness Return Policy

The MerryWalker Dog Harness will accept returns for items that are in new and resalable condition within 30 days from the date of purchase and must include the sales receipt. The item/s must be new in appearance and free from chewing/bite marks, hair, dirt or other signs of wear & tear. Items not purchased from: www.themerrywalker.com must be returned to the original place of purchase.

 

Returns:

  • Before returning a harness back to TheMerryWalker.com, be certain that the harness is free from dirt, hair or other signs of wear & tear, and is in resalable condition.
  • The items must have been purchased within the last 30 days and have an original receipt.
  • A Return Authorization number must be procured before the return will be accepted.
  • The items must have been purchased from www.themerrywalker.com website.
  • Any items that don’t meet these criteria will not be considered for a return.
  • To procure a Return Authorization number, please call: 1-770-579-3865. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization number.
  • Send the re-saleable condition harness to:
    • The MerryWalker Dog Harness
  • It is suggested that you choose a shipping method which includes being able to track your return.
  • Include an explanation of why your are returning the harness, the Return Authorization number, as well as a copy of the invoice/proof of purchase/receipt.
  • If applicable, notification will be sent upon the credit being provided to the credit card. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your card statement. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Exchanges:

To make an exchange, please follow the above mentioned return process; and then, place a new order for the item/s you wish to order. Exchanges are handled as separate transactions from any previous orders.  Any return will be credited separately to your credit card and the new order will be charged as a separate charge to your credit card..

 

Warranty & Guarantee:

The MerryWalker Dog Harness guarantees our harnesses at the time of purchase against material defects and workmanship for one year. If you experience workmanship problem with the product, please return the item as described in the “Returns” section.

 

The warranty/guarantee does NOT include chewing, teeth marks, bite marks, tooth ruptures/ripping, soiling or any other physical damage or abuse.

 

Shipping:

Orders are generally processed with two weeks of receipt.  In the contiguous United States, The MerryWalker Dog Harness ships with US Priority Mail, flat rate program. Alaska, Hawaii or international shipping charges will be handled separately and are not eligible for standard shipping.

 

Express mail is currently not available.

 

The United States shipping address must be able to receive US Mail delivery. Please be sure to include all necessary information including apartment number, unit number or P.O. Box number.

 

Please be sure to include a current email address as well.

 

Orders outside the United States:

ll orders originating outside the United States will be handled separately and as uniquely as the order indicates. Please note that The MerryWalker is not responsible for any additional duties, fees, or taxes that may be incurred with International shipments.

 

Refused Shipments:

Once an order has been send from The MerryWalker, customers are responsible for all shipping charges incurred. If an order is refused by the customer or canceled during transit, the customer will be charged outgoing and return shipping charges.
